oops!!

I can't believe it's been over a year since I last posted something!!! Maybe that's because 2009 was a busy year for us. We bought our first home in May. We have a 3 bed/ 2bath modular on an acre. I love it! Since we moved to another Ward we both got new callings. Mark is the Weblos Leader and I am the Enrichment Leader and I'm also co-chair of our annual Nativity Display event.

Mark is still working at the Department of Environmental Quality here in Montana. This past June he helped me out a lot after having my Emergency Hysterectomy. As we tell folks now...I've been gutted. You know when you talk like that you've lived in Montana too long. As my sister tells us we're almost white trash! :) Yeah, whatever! Well after the surgery I healed up nicely and went back to the daycare. Yes, I work at a daycare...Odd I know. I do enjoy it very much. Katerpillar Korner is the name and infants are the game!

Morgan spent some fun time with Dad while I was working this year and here is a picture of them on top of MT.Helena.



Morgan started school this past year and loves being a kindergartner.



She had a wonderful Christmas ( we all did. Morgan spent time with Grandpa Whifield and they built this lovely snowman.



Oh,and she lost her first tooth. She has been on Christmas break and is excited to tell her friends about Santa, her lost tooth and her new cat. Yes, we broke down and took My parents cat. So now we have both a cat and a dog. Now that's what I call a full house.

So now we've just arrived to the year 2010. No real resolutions made... just going to try a couple of things. Ya know, lose weight and budget..If you think about it they kind of go hand in hand..

Oh...reality...

Yes, I've finally succumbed to the fact that I am no longer on vacation...yes, that laundry must be done, the house must be cleaned and the errands caught up with...

On another note...I'm so glad to be back with my family...I missed them so dang much and I swear Morgan grew up while I was gone but 2 weeks!!!

Puerto Vallarta Mexico!!

A quick stop in Arizona

Here are some pictures of where we're staying on our "small" layover in Phoenix. The layover is 13 hours...so hey, why not get a luxurious hotel to take a dip and a nap?
We'll be leaving this afternoon so... this may be the last post until I'm back in Montana....or will it????

Here is where we will be staying...not too shabby I might add. Free sailing, wind gliding, food etc... what more can you ask for!!!!
