Well I started body for life... My Dad totally kicks my butt!!! He wasn't able to make it this morning so I had to do my own kickin' and boy am I sore!! I must have been a sight seeing me listening to my mp3 while the T.V on the treadmill had Dora on so Morgan could stand next to me and watch it...
I'm really lovin' this new gym in town it has the most awesome equipment!...and it doesn't break the bank to go there either...
